What is the difference between Court Armor Roll and Court Armor Tiles? +

Court Armor Roll covers deploy as continuous rolls (6ft or 12ft wide) that unroll across your court. They're great for fast setup and are compatible with PowerWinder accessories. Court Armor Tiles are modular interlocking panels that give you more flexibility in coverage shape and are ideal when you need custom configurations or premium custom branding across the entire surface.

How long does it take to set up a floor cover system? +

Setup time varies by system and court size. With a Court Armor Roll system and PowerWinder accessories, a full basketball court can typically be covered by 2-3 people in under 30 minutes. Tile systems take longer but offer more flexibility. We can help you estimate setup time based on your specific configuration.

Can your products be used for concerts and events with heavy staging equipment? +

Yes — Court Armor MAX is specifically engineered for heavy event loads including concert staging, forklifts, and equipment that standard floor covers can't handle. For most non-heavy events, Court Armor Roll and Tiles are more than sufficient. Contact us to discuss your specific event requirements.

Are your products made from recycled materials? +

Yes. Our fiber-based floor cover products are manufactured using recycled PET plastic — the same material found in plastic water bottles. This allows us to produce high-performance products while diverting significant volumes of plastic waste from landfills. All products are manufactured in the USA.
