What is the difference between Court Armor Roll and Court Armor Tiles? +

Court Armor Roll covers deploy as continuous rolls (6ft or 8ft wide) that unroll across your court. Court Armor Tiles are modular 3'x6' tiles that give you more flexibility in coverage shape and offer maximum protection and acoustical dampening.

How long does it take to set up a floor cover system? +

Setup time varies by system and court size. With a Court Armor Roll system and PowerWinder accessories, a full basketball court can typically be covered by 2-3 people in under 30 minutes. Tile systems take longer but offer more flexibility. We can help you estimate setup time based on your specific configuration.

Can your products be used for concerts and events with heavy staging equipment? +

Yes, however, with limitations. All of our gym floor covers help protect against damage caused by foot traffic, tables, chairs, and rolling equipment. Our Court Armor Tiles offer our strongest protection and can generally withstand heavier equipment. Contact us to discuss your specific event requirements.

Are your products made from recycled materials? +

Yes. Our floor cover products are manufactured using recycled PET plastic, the same material found in plastic water bottles. This allows us to produce high-performance products while diverting significant volumes of plastic waste from landfills. All products are manufactured in the USA.
